Hamby is the all-time leader in points (1,801) and rebounds (1,021) for the Wake Forest women’s basketball program, averaging 14 points and 7.9 rebounds over four seasons. She also ranks in the top five in school history in field goal percentage (51.6), field goal attempts (1,325), made free throws (401), free throw attempts (603), blocks (106), double-doubles (44) and games (129).
Hamby was a two-time honorable mention All-American, a two-time first-team All-ACC and a two-time All-ACC Tournament pick. She is the only player in school history to average more than 20 points in a season twice, including in 2013-14 when she led the ACC in both scoring (22.0 ppg) and rebounding (11.0 ppg).
She was selected No. 6 overall in the 2015 WNBA Draft, won the 2022 WNBA title with the Las Vegas Aces, is a three-time WNBA All-Star and is a two-time WNBA Sixth Woman of the Year. She also won an Olympic bronze medal in 2024 for 3-on-3 basketball.
