Northside Hospital Orthopedics and Sports Medicine will once again be offering sports physicals for our student-athletes. This is a great opportunity for students to complete the required physical needed for athletic participation for the upcoming school year.
Unlike previous years, there will be 4 locations on 2 different dates where the physical days will be held.
April 18th @ Brookwood & Meadowcreek High Schools
May 2nd @ Central Gwinnett & Mill Creek High Schools
