We started our season this past Saturday at the Mt. Pisgah Classic. We went 3-1 on the day, defeating Northview (twice) and Roswell, while falling to Mount Paran.
Our defense and ball control was the difference, as Valentina Casagrande (33 digs), freshman Carolina Morant (34 digs), and Taylor Yuan (31 digs) anchored the back row. Pacing the offense on the day was Zoe O'Leary (26 kills), Jada Mickens (15 kills), and Mia Chou (15 kills), while setters Ava Fraraccio (44 assists) and freshman Claire Yuan (37 assists) quarterbacked our hitters nicely.
